We are proud and happy to welcome Jonas Åkerlund to D&D for management representation in Scandinavia.

Jonas is one of the world's most renowned directors and has created countless music videos and commercials. His international breakthrough came through his collaboration with Madonna. Among his gigantic collection of productions, he has also made ​​several short films, documentaries and art projects. Jonas is currently working on his fourth feature film, “Small apartments”, featuring Matt Lucas, James Caan and Billy Crystal in the leading roles. He has the whole world as his working field - Stockholm and Los Angeles as his two bases. The latest project in Sweden was the acclaimed film version of Mats Ek’s “Ställe” featuring Ana Laguna and Mikhail Baryshnikov.

Peter Jöback is the new Phantom of the Opera! This spring Peter will leave for London to play the lead role of the Phantom of the Opera at London's West End, the fantastic musical that next year celebrates it's 25th anniversary!

This summer Peter will be touring with Cookies N Beans and this fall he will release his new album with french songs specially translated by Annika Norlin and Andreas Mattsson for this album. Arrangements by Hans Ek. The album will also include some new songs and goes by the working name "La Vie L'amour, La Mort".

The second single off Roxette's Charm School album will be "Speak To Me" in Sweden, Belgium and South Africa. The album version has been remixed by Bassflow, the man behind remixes of hits from Mando Diao and Johnossi.

"Speak To Me" will be digitally released April 18th.  Radio date is April 11th.

"She's Got Nothing On (but the Radio)", the first single of "Charm School", is reaching heights not seen in almost 20 years - it's in the Top 10 at the official German Singles Chart! Last time Roxette had a top 10 in Germany was in 1992 with "How Do You Do!".

"Charm School" is this week's Album of the Week at BBC Radio 2 in the UK. Also, "She's Got Nothing On (but the Radio)" was added to the A list of said radio station and just made a jump from last week's 33rd place to number 26 on the singles chart!

Familjen is playing at Peace & Love Havana – a Swedish festival branching out with a project dedicated to spread as much peace and love in the world as possible.

Roxette’s album “Charm School” was released last week is now entering the official German album chart at #1!

Throughout the years Roxette has sold more than 5,000 000 albums, but they have only been number one at the album chart once before – 1992 with “Tourism”.

Also, the album’s first single “She’s got nothing On (But the Radio)” jumped up from 22^nd to 12^th place on the German single chart.

On Monday Roxette’s world tour kicks off in Kazan, Russia. Already 15 of the 51 shows are sold out.

Last night Lisa Miskovsky performed a duet with Jill Jonsson, singing Bruno Mars’ Just the Way You Are at the QX Awards. The show was filmed and will be aired on TV4 on feb 19th at 21.30 CET. Read more about it here.

Roxette's (so far only) Swedish gig on the upcoming World Tour; Trädgårdsföreningen in Gothenburg, July 24, has been sold out and is therefore moved to Slottsskogsvallen! Bought tickets are still valid.

50.000 people were in the audience the last time Peter put up a show at Hamburger Börs. That was his first solo show, 1998. Now he’s back on the same stage, this time with an exclusive show based on the successful fall tour “En kväll med Peter Jöback”.

On Friday, Peter Jöback did a stunning appearance in the Stockholm Concert Hall on the celebration concert for the Swedish Crown Princess Victoria and her husband Prince Daniel. There was not a dry eye in the hall when Peter performed "She" solo and "Come What May" with Helen Sjöholm.

This fall Peter will tour, starting in Norway. Today we can announce that the tour will also visit Finland, for four concerts, in Mariehamn, Helsinki, Turku and Pietarsaari.

Cookies N Beans opened up the Sthlm Love celebration event in Stockholm by a beatuiful performance at the main stage in front of the Swedish Castle. Familjen continued later that week with a performance on the same stage giving the audience a crazy party.

Roxette came back and invited to fantastic and very awaited performances, the first at the celebration concert at Stockholm Concert Hall and the second at the wedding party in the Castle.

Peter Jöback did a stunning performance with "She" solo and "Come What May" with Helen Sjöholm at the celebration concert.

Agnes together with Björn Skifs sang the gorgeous official wedding song "When You Tell The World You're Mine" at the wedding cermony in the church.

Peter Jöback has with his amazing voice combined with an enormous stage presence has become one of Sweden's most successful and recognized artists. Last fall saw the release of "East Side Stories", recorded in the New York where he collaborated with several international artists, and currently is last single "Hollow" on the Swedish charts. Peter has over the years established itself as one of our major record artists and has since released his first 11 albums and sold over 1 million discs, among them "Det här är platsen" and "Människor som du och jag". In 2006 he was the best selling artist in Sweden with the compilation CD "Flera sidor av samma man" and in 2008 he made the feat with his Christmas album. Agnes is nominated in three categories on Grammisgalan (Swedish Grammy Awards)! Best Female Artist, Best Artist, Song of The Year ("Release Me"). "Release Me" is also nominated as song of the year at Swedish National Radio P3´s Awards "P3 Guld". At the NRJ Music Awards Agnes is nominated in the category "International Revelation", it will take place in France in January 23, 2010.

After being asked many times Peter was finally offered a song he could not resist and is now joining the competition, "Melodifestivalen 2010". It was 20 years since he last participated.

The swedish documentary about Peter Jöback will be broadcasted on Swedish National Television on September 22 at 9.45 CET. It´s a documentary made by Swedish director Anders Hallberg. The documentary was shot in New York during the recording period of Peter´s forthcoming album "East Side Stories".
