Lisa Miskovsky had her break through in Sweden in 2001 with ”Driving One Of Your Cars”.

The radio stations loved her, especially since Lisa had already proved herself with “Shape of My Heart” (a song she wrote together with Max Martin and Rami for Backstreet Boys) and with “Driving One Of Your Cars” which fast became one of the hit songs that Spring.

The debut album “Lisa Miskovsky” was released in the beginning of 2001 and got a fantastic reception. There was no doubt a new, great Swedish artist had arrived.

In the prospect of her next album Lisa talked to the singer of Swedish band Kent – Joakim Berg, who she had wanted to work with for a long time. Joakim had the time, they met, the chemistry was right and they started to write songs right away.

The collaboration with Berg continued on Lisa’s third album “Changes”.

A lot of artists wait for many years before they put together their greatest work, but in the summer of 2008 it felt natural for Lisa Miskovsky to gather the collaborations, singles and best album tracks that put her on the map as one of Sweden’s strongest, most interesting female artists.

For the album Lisa also made a new recording of her original version of “Shape Of My Heart” and called it “Another Shape Of My Heart”.

So far Miskovsky has been rewarded with two Swedish Grammys (Grammis) and four Rockbears (one of Sweden’s biggest daily newspapers, Aftonbladet’s award).
